Handling Anonymous Portal Clients

Below are the process steps for managing the account once leads begin to come through the Portal. Anonymous Client Portal functions as a temporary placeholder for receiving incoming leads via the Client Portal. Learn how to properly handle anonymous portal clients in SingleOps below.

  1. Identify Portal Leads: Incoming leads will display a Portal Lead stamp for easy identification.
  2. Confirm the Lead Data: Click Edit Job to to confirm the incoming lead.
  3. On the Edit Lead page, confirm the client data (e.g., client name and address). Click Confirm Client to create the client record in SingleOps.
  4. Then, confirm the address. The best way to do so is to copy the address and paste it into the Visit Location Bar.
  5. Let the address populate and then, using the drop-down, select the location so that it appears on the map.
  6. Click Confirm
Your Lead record will now look like the image below:
Once the client and address are confirmed, the lead will be ready for the next stage: Create a Task
*Note: Portal Leads do not automatically create tasks, so if you assign Operators for onsite proposals, you'll need to manually create the task at this stage.
  7. Click Tasks then click the Add Task button. From there, you can proceed with the standard lead workflow.
