Route Planner Settings
Navigate toSetup > Account Settings > Search Account Settings
Search: "Route Planner"
| Setting | Description |
| Enable pickup jobs |
Toggle Yes if you have jobs where the customer comes to pickup at a single location, like retail sales. This will make entering these Jobs easier and will remove them from the Route Planner.

| Include capacities in the route planner? | Toggle Yes if you have configured users to be included in the Route Planner and to have a set capacity for their routes. This feature will display on the Route Planner so that you can avoid overbooking your routes. |
| Require all jobs to be scheduled when created? | Toggle Yes if you want to always require that the user schedules the job when it is first being entered into SingleOps. If this is 1, and you unschedule a visit via the Route Planner, the Visit will still be scheduled on the previously selected day. |
| My Day Starts At | Select the start time for the Calendar and Route Planner. |
| My Day Ends At | Select the stop time for the Calendar and Route Planner. |
| Item-based icons / days since the last visit | On the Route Planner, instead of item-based icons, show the days since the last visit for the given job / job series. |
| Require an operation filter before opening route planner | Toggle Yes if you would like to require the route planner to have an operation filter present before loading. |
| Enable Route Planner | Toggle Yes to turn on the Route Planner feature. |
