SingleOps Change Logs | Q4 2025

At Granum, we pride ourselves on being transparent with our customers. This Change Log provides a running record of improvements, fixes, and performance updates in SingleOps, listed in order of completion, summarized in plain language so you can quickly see what changed and how it affects your workflow.

October 2025

  • Shipped several minor bug fixes alongside the Tree Inventory notes update (internal brief did not enumerate individual fixes).
  • Fixed an issue where editing a job with Progress Billing enabled could deactivate Progress Billing and cause payment options and milestone billing details to be lost.
  • Removed the “Eligible for Renewal” checkbox from the job rejection confirmation modal to prevent unintended overwriting of the job’s existing renewal state, preserving the correct value by default.

September 2025

  • Fixed an issue where a lead’s status could get stuck on “Unconfirmed Client” after changing the lead’s address, so the status now updates correctly when the address is edited.
  • Fixed a bug that removed the invoice date from jobs when start dates were changed, ensuring the invoice date persists after date adjustments.
  • Resolved a problem where the Job Show Map tree list did not render on first load by defaulting to the General Markers tab as intended.
  • Removed an erroneous “view details” link from the proposal PDF tree map that navigated to the job/visit.
  • Improved performance and reliability of the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Sync report so it loads as expected for all customers.
  • Fixed the Success Center link so it now opens the correct ChurnZero success page.
  • Corrected batch ending behavior that was unchecking “Eligible for Renewal” on unlimited jobs selected for renewal, ensuring the flag remains set for batch renewals.
  • Resolved an issue where Pendo guides were breaking end-to-end tests, restoring availability for guide use.
  • Fixed a problem where certain accounts were not receiving updated product lists as expected.
