Release Note | 7.10.2025

This week, we’re excited to continue updates to Tree Inventory in SingleOps! Today’s release note highlights this week’s update and also includes reminders of the updates we’ve made over the last quarter.

Update on July 10th, 2025

Presenting the Tree Map to Clients. Previously the map with all of your clients’ trees was only available in the Proposal PDF document. Starting today, when you send your clients a PDF proposal, a new button appears below “Accept Proposal” called “View Tree Map” that will open a screen where your clients can view the trees you’ve mapped on their properties & the details you’ve logged on those trees. Clients cannot edit their tree map, but they will surely be impressed by your arborists’ attention to detail and your business’s professionalism.

  • Additionally, the PDF proposal will now only show Trees relevant to that individual job, while this new client-facing tree map will include the entire inventory.

Reminder on Q2 2025 Updates to Tree Inventory

  • Attaching line items to multiple trees. When adding a line-item to the estimate table (first), you can now add that item to multiple trees via

  • A new “Find Me” button on mobile. When viewing SingleOps’ Tree Inventory on your phone, a little navigation button appears in the bottom right corner that will center the map around your exact current location - helping you map trees faster on your clients’ properties.

  • Access Tree Inventory from Client page. Previously, you had to open a proposal for a client to access the tree map for that client. With today’s update, your team is now able to access the tree map from the Client page, simplifying the workflow to access tree inventory when customers call in to ask questions or you’re looking to quickly reference the inventory for a particular client.

  • Renumber Trees on a client’s tree list. When you delete a tree from a client’s inventory, you will notice gaps in the numbering of the trees. When there is a gap in numbering (example below), a button will appear that will allow you to reset the numbering. When you reset the numbering, the numbers will adjust both in tree inventory and on the related documentation (e.g., proposals) where inventory appears.

  • Additional small but meaningful updates:
    • You can add decimal points to DBH on Tree details.
    • You can now move a tree pin without needing to delete the tree. (We don’t really recommend deleting trees so you can see the total history over time).
    • You can request to add specific tree species to the list in SingleOps by contacting community@singleops.com

If you have feedback on Tree Inventory or would like to suggest additional functionality please reach out to me at rrinaldi@singleops.com. As always, thank you for your continued partnership! Have a great week!
