Photos on Individual Trees (Tree Inventory)
We’ve added a highly requested feature! You are now able to add photos directly to individual trees within your Tree Inventory. This makes it easier than ever to track the health and status of every tree on your client's property.
Ability to Update "Gross Settle Information" for ProPay
For those using ProPay, you have a specific account that ProPay extracts it’s fees from. This is known as the “Gross Settle Bank Account.” We noticed that some SingleOps customers enter the information wrong, or the account becomes outdated, which can prevent ProPay from being able to access the fees and rendering the account “delinquent." This has historically caused customers to contact Support. Now, going forward, you can manage this from within SingleOps. Access by navigating to Settings > Payments > Payments Setup > Account Management (tab) > Update Gross Settle Information Bank Account
Merge Values in Custom Dropdowns
We've introduced the ability to merge values within your custom dropdown fields without losing any associated data. This helps you keep your lists clean and organized.
Cleaner Job Rejection Workflow
We've removed the redundant "eligible for renewal" checkbox from the confirmation screen of a rejected job. This update prevents accidental overwriting of existing data and streamlines your workflow.
