This week, we’re rolling out updates to SingleOps that will level-up Tree Inventory and make it easier to access. We’re also rolling out an update to Invoice dates to help you track due dates and bring clarity to your invoicing process.
What’s New?
Invoice Date Options:
We’re adding “Visit Completion Date” as a new option for invoice dates. The “Today” option has been renamed “Job Creation Date” for clarity.
*Note: This is only for “per-visit” invoices; CMBs and RUPs retain the current logic for invoice date. If you have already set a “Custom Invoice Date”, then the custom invoice date takes precedence over any other factor here.
Tree Inventory:
- Tree Journal (Phase 1): Added the Tree History tab to Tree Inventory, allowing you to track proposed, active, and completed work for individual trees.
- Job Show Map: Crews can now view Tree Inventory directly on the Job Show page, with markers and lists for improved visibility in the field. This is a view only view, to prevent unwanted updates / changes to the client map while the job is in progress.
QBO Sync:
Lastly, we’re updating how often QBO syncs back to SingleOps in the background. This does not impact the frequency of how often SingleOps sends QBO data. Right now it syncs every ten minutes. Outside of onboarding we don’t see a lot of data coming from QBO to SingleOps, so we’re rolling it back to sync from QBO to SingleOps once every hour.
If you want to manually sync QBO to SingleOps at any point between the hour cadence, we’ve added a Manual sync button to this report in SingleOps (Reports > QB Syncing > QB Sync Report) in the top right corner of the experience.
As always, we appreciate your partnership and hope you are having a great Summer!
